warehouse hu tasks creation during Replenishment in fixed bins ?

Dear gurus,

Is there is a possibility to create hu tasks automatically during replenishment from high rack area to fixed bins? Means for example i have 1000 qty in one hu in high rack area and i have triggered replenishment for fixed bins 100 qty max then these 100 qty should get packed in 10 boxes 10 qtys each and do put away in the fixed bins . for achieving this i created POSC Process and it is working fine. But manual intervention is more here we have to move to work center and do the Manual repacking and do the put away in fixed bins. without POSC is there any possibility to create HU warehouse tasks directly when i trigger replinishment based on maintaining quantities in pack specs ??

Hi Amit,

Spent some time on your question, here is one of the solution.

1) Create a WOCR REPL with Filter as WPT ( 3010 )

2) Assign this WOCR to your high rack activity area + Activity REPL

Assign this WOCR to your Fixed Bin + Activity REPL

As the filter exist it will only trigger when the filter is satisfied.

3) Maintain a Pick-HU Bin for your high rack with Activity REPL in /SCWM/SEBA

4) Maintain Queue Determination for 3010

5) Optional: Assign Storage Process to WOCR.

Note: if the destinations are different meaning you are moving to different fixed bins of different activity areas then system will propose multiple pick hu's in this case maintain intermediate work center in your WOCR. so only 1 pick hu will be created.
