Warehouse GL account determination on SAP Business One

I am having a problem with updating some changes I have done on one of my warehouse on SAP Business One. I would like to post inventory count in this warehouse but its not taking the difference to Inventory Increase or Decrease( Profit & Loss account) but its posting the difference back into the Inventory account which is wrong. Can someone help?

hello Taurai,

how did you set up the GL Accounts in SAP Business One? Did you populate the accounts in this path:

Administration - Setup - Warehouses - Choose the correct warehouse - Account tab?

If you used the same account for different options then the system will take the account you set up there without differentiate.

En los campos resaltados en amarillo, debe colocar las cuentas de ingresos o gastos que desee usar en los ajustes de entrada o salida, si coloco en estos campos la misma cuenta de Stock probablemente esta teniendo problemas en la asiganacion automatica indebida.
