Warehouse Act." has value "Partially Completed

Hello Experts,

I want to delete an Outbound delivery order. But when I tried to delete it, the system throws an error "Activity "Delete Document" is not permitted; reason: status "Warehouse Act." has value "Partially Completed" Could you please tell me how to cancel the warehouse activity. Because I want to delete the outbound delivery order once i cancel the warehouse activity.As you can see in the image, the Picking is not yet started. The warehouse task has also been cancelled. Still the status of Warehouse Activity remains the same "Partially Completed".

Please let me know your suggestions, in order to delete the Outbound delivery Order in EWM.

Hi Mukkesh,

It is not possible to delete the delivery after creation of warehouse task even if it is cancelled. You can adjust the quantities to "0" instead of deleting the delivery.

Thank you for your message. If I adjust the Quantity to 0, Is it possible to Cancel the outbound delivery. I want to cancel the Outbound delivery in ERP corresponding to the outbound delivery order in EWM. Is it possible?

I have a problem similar to Mukkesh.

The following facts.

Production releases a production order and a warehouse task and a warehouse order are automatically generated in the background in EWM.

If I now cancel this warehouse task or warehouse order, the system automatically generates new warehouse tasks and warehouse orders.

In general it is wanted that the warehouse tasks are created automatically, but there has to be a possibility to cancel them without generating the new one.

My question is, what do I have to set in the system so that I can cancel a warehouse task without generating a new one?

Hi Mukkesh,

If you do it in EWM, it also happens in ERP and your OB is cancelled. Two system communicates via RFC queues.
