Hi,
Is there any guide on how to get the basic configuration of Embedded EWM (2020) in a system converted to S4 from ECC? I have searched all over but did not find any clear answers.
Every config table is empty. I just want standard warehouse 0001 and other WH-independent config so that I can copy this warehouse as the basis for my own. Just as with WH 001 in the "old WM". Is this effective way of starting not possible in EWM?
Was something missed in the S4 Conversion?
How should we get there?
1. Wizard in customizing: Creating W001 (note 2938306) from the "wizard" in customizing don't seem to provide us with that. Also only a couple of BC sets?
2. BC-sets: Should we activate every BC Set starting with /SCWM? In what order? We have seen notes 2450387 and 2347770 but they are not clear and does not seem to contain every BC Set.
3. Best Practice: Do we get 0001 with best practice or just the other warehouses? We don't want to use them (eg 1710) as the basis since they contain a lot of strange config to fit the separated demo scenarios. Custom process types, queues etc.
Help please!
Request clarification before answering.

Please check in SPRO nodes , you will find BC sets for majority of config nodes. Also if you have copy of previous system , you could create your own BC sets to move values from there and upload in new system.
Thanks

Yes, we have found a lot of BC sets and some notes that give some, but not full, guidance on these BC sets.
I am however looking for a good explanation on how you set up EWM from scratch to get your template-warehouse. If BC Sets are the way, should every BC set be imported? But in what order? You get a lot of errors when reading in BC sets and it seems there must be some logic/sorting.
