Want to ensure material is routed from stock to Inspection prior to shipping.

Our customer service team processes orders and if those items are in stock it will pull from stock and prompt the warehouse team to pick and move item to shipping.

Some of these items we want to begin 100% inspection due to some supplier concerns.

What we want is a way to guarantee these particular materials can not ship unless they have been inspected.

Is there a way to prevent particular materials to ship without a usage decision for example? Is there another way to approach this?
