We want to run the VSR optimizer to select the lane with the appropriate mode of transport that matches the same lead time (calculated as the difference between the loading date and the delivery date). After that, the optimizer should select the carrier with the lowest cost based on the charge management data (calculation sheet/rate table).
However, we are facing several issues:
- The system is not selecting the correct lane that matches the required lead time.
- The lowest-cost carrier is not being chosen.
- After selecting the carrier, the lane (representing the mode of transport) should be updated in the freight order creation.
We are currently using “means of transport” and “resource” to represent the mode and service (e.g., Air Express, Road Economy, Air Economy). How can we achieve this?
