Viewing PDFs in Agentry on Android in SAP Work Manager 6.5

Dear All,

There is a known issue with SAP Work Manager 6.4, that the PDF attachments cannot be opened in Android devices. The solution was also suggested in a blog

My question is, Is this issue solved in Work Manager 6.5 ?

If anyone has worked in Work Manager 6.5, can you please share the experience how 6.5 is better than 6.4.

Hi Neha,

Take a look at the release restrictions note for Work Manager 6.5. There is still issue with some attachment types that still not display on Android phone. I checked and see PDF is still one of them.

.gif, .txt, and .png is currently supported.

Thank you !! Although when I was trying to check this note (2588313), I could not, as its still being updated.

However as you shared that in WM 6.5 also this issue is still there, Is there a way that this solution is provided as an additional patch which can be incorporated in the application.
