Hi Gurus,

I am trying to create an inbound delivery notification in EWM and I got the below error while saving IDN "Version is already Active; activity "Set Version to Active" not executed", My ECC-EWM integration is as below which is good I believe.

Hi Satish,

in EWM, IDN can be created of a replica of ERP IBD. it seems you are trying to activate the IDN to generate the IBD.

as per the message , IBD is already created against your IDN.

Check the IBD with transaction : /N/SCWM/PRDI against your ERP document.

Hello Satish,

You don't have to create IDN manually system will automatically create it using PPF.

Now just search IDN giving ERP ID as reference.

While searching check with both active and inactive mode.

Here you can check and figure out your IDN.

Else you can also try with wildcard search i.e don't give reference document system will fetch all IDN.

Select last IDN document .
