Version Copy not working - Integrated Planning Area

Hello everyone,

I am working with the RDS for IBP 6.1. I am receiving the below warnings when trying to work with versions in:

- Warning for Report 000: Model SAPIBP1TST Wnot found in Environment SOP

- Warning for Report 000: Model NOTOUCH60 not found in Environment SOP

Then I schedule a version copy and I receive the below Error (screenshot attached):

"An SQL exception occured when calling the procedure"

" No data found: "SAPHANADB"

Could anyone help here?

Hi Esther,

I saw similar error when the number of configured versions was higher than the one mentioned under SCN_COUNT_MAX parameter from Global Configuration.

Are yours in sync?

Hello Alecsandra,

thanks for your prompt answer.

I have checked the value on SCN_COUNT_MAX = 3.

What does this number means exactly? Is it the maximum number of versions in total or per planning area?

Because in my specific PA, besides the Baseline version I only have two additional versions, so 3 should be enough.

Hi Esther,

The parameter is for the entire system. So if you have multiple PAs using versions as well, you would need to increase this parameter.
