Hello,

i create a network with one supplier. I define this supplier in the location md as attribute location type ="V".

but the heurisitk stopped the run with an error called "Execution of the SCM operator was skipped because the data validation for the algorithm type HEURISTIC failed."

If I change the location type as "Supplier" the heuristik is running, but the result in the kf "Transport receipts are empty. For me, the system ignore, that I have a supplier in the network

Hi Oliver,

The reason you are getting this error is you have modeled Supplier as the outer border of your supply chain (Maintain as LOCTYPE = V) Which means you cannot plan for it. Try changing LOCTYPE to VN and maintain Production Source Header Source Type as "U" and see if you get any results.
