Using TU scenario: No entry found for process-oriented storage control for XXXX IB01 0001

I have assigned delivery and door to TU, when i press the create WTs button the following error is throwing.

"No entry found for process-oriented storage control for XXXX ZIB1 0001"

in last transactions i have created unload WT in (/SCWM/PRDI) POSC process successfully i.e IB01, IB03

I create WT for IBD

posc configuration as below

if i didn't use TU function, i can create HU WT. could you help me to fix it ?

Hi Sam,

I do not have a definite answer, just two hints what to try next:

1) The screenshot with the HU does not show source data. As well the error message hints at the system looking for an entry EWM1 - ZIB1 - <blank> - 0001. What the HU type? Maybe there is a mismatch you can fix.

2) Process step ZIB1 - ZIB1 does not have the flag "Create WT" set. Change that and see what happens.

Hi Andreas,

Create WT flag is for subsequent WT, first idea is correct from my point of view, in POSC source Type 9030 is customized. Sap, try to set source type empty like in all other records.

i update the WT flag, it isn't with this issue. HU type is E1, i assign it to HU type group 0001

have you tried 1)?

As Daniil writes have you adjusted your entries to match whatever is available through the HU (i.e. empty source type)?

but why did create source type empty task by SAP? i want it source type is 9030. Just like it

this WT created by me when i didn't use TU, and only used POSC. Why didn't create it with TU scenario?

Hi Sam,

what is the location (storage type, section, bin) of the HU when you start unloading, i.e. when you create the WT for unloading?

Is the HU actually in 9030 / 0001 / DOOR1?

If not, that should be reason why your process step cannot be determined.

the location of HU is empty. The HU is packed by IBD before GR or putaway. the process as below:

1.create IBD (TU created through ppf when IBD created)

2.TU check in

3. Pack hu in IBD(So HU location is empty)

4.move HU to parking bin then to door bin

5.unload TU to door by create HU task in IBD (this step is error before i ask you)

6.putaway

Hi,

my guess (as I currently do not have a system with TUs set up) is that the HU doesn't have a source type because it is not yet posted GR.

Try that: Remove the step without source type and keep the one with 9030, then post GR first and create the unloading WT after that.
