Using RTI for Master data integration for TS Based planning

Hello Experts,

How can we use RTI for Master data integration for TS Based planning? The client is already using CIDS for TS data integration, but want to use RTI to inegrate the master data for TS based planning. What should be the correct approach - load data in SAP7F & then copy data to time series through copy jobs?
