Users with a custom Business Role cannot see any data in Planning Views

Hello All

I created some restricted business Roles and now users who are assigned that role cannot see any data on the planning views. The users are able to see the data in the relevant master data workbooks. Other custom roles can see all of the data without issues.

Any guide as to what may be the issue?

do you assign the UOM conversion factor and the exchange rate to the role? That could explain that they can see kf in md workbook but not in planning view. And do they have access to me types of UOM and Currency conversion? Have you maintained the conversion factor?

If that does not help, you need to provide much more info on your roles configuration
