Is there a way to know from logs which users have used which reports and how often in IBP?

Request clarification before answering.
excel log is used for shows you error log and provide explanation for resolution not for the purpose what you are looking for .. Provide business case with justification and use the influence council for customer to see if can be used in future Amny one else may help I donot know beyoiund what I wrote

I am not aware except the possibility of application log and some kf is very important than you can monitor changes , excel log but nothing what you expecting .. Not sure how important is for user to use functionality rather than report what user is doing ... May you get justification by the customer . data may be available in backend but user don't have access. Some one else can reply if there exist any solution.

application log does provide the information you can determine how long the log to remains what is exact requirement and what us need please also prove some example what reports. Is it excel planning view or alerts
