While working in Project we came across one issue one of User is Not able to Open Create FSD Page for Air Booking(FSD page open but Blank Screen) because of that User could not able to Create FSD for Air Booking.
But Same user can able to Create FSD for Freight Order, Parcel Manifest .
There is No Issue with those Air freight Booking, because other User can able to create FSD for the same.
Authorization team checks it, they found no Issue in User Authorization and even they compare User Roles with Other User those who were able create FSD for Air freight booking but they found same Role for the User.
Please help me how could we Provide solutions to this Issue.
