User not able to change planning level in assign forecast app in IBP

Hi All,

In the assign forecast model few users able to change the planning level and assign the different model to list of SKU's, however, another user with the same access could not able to see any products when they are choosing the same level mention.

Did anyone face the same issue , we tried to change the application setting but still the they cant see list of SKU when the change the planning level

Hi Dimple,

Please elaborate more on what "another user with the same access" means.

Bear in mind that despite the Business Roles assignment, business users can have Permission Filters directly assigned to them, or also assigned to them via User Groups. Additionally, users can also have different Attribute Permissions assigned to them via the Manage Attribute Permissions app.

There is also a new app where you can compare users authorization, so that's may be worth to you to check and investigate.
