Upgrade to EWM 9.5 FPS02 with non-HANA database

I have been asked to add FPS02 to our EWM 9.5 Netweaver installation on prem, on oracle DB. The only reference I can find to this feature pack requires HANA DB. Can FPS02 be added to our release residing on oracle db?

"SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) 9.5 can run on any database supported by SAP NetWeaver 7.5, including SAP HANA database."
