Standard SAP is not updating first
schedule line( Requested line) based on another unloading point calendar with
different window after initial ATP check. This is happening when I try to
select the different unloading point calendar (Ex, Calendar #2) from the
original calendar (I,e calendar#1) after initial ATP Check. I am doing it
because the customer would request to have a different delivery time on
the same day and only for that sales order.
The system is considering the calendar
#2 during scheduling but when the final results are updated, the time is going
back as per the original calendar (I,e Calendar #1).
This is happening only when there is a
single schedule line with confirmed RDD. I know this is because of SAP’s
restriction on not changing requested line.
Could you please let me know if there is any
FM or User exist or enhancement spot to update or override first
schedule line( requested line ) or suppress SAP’s restriction.
There are no issues when there is a
second schedule line due to a different confirmed date. SAP is considering
calendar 2.
If updating first schedule line is not possible, Is there any way to
make system create a second schedule line for changes in time in addition to
changes in dates?
