UNLOAD QUEUE is not created after creating new TU assigning door

1. UNLOAD queue is not created.

After assigning doors > arrival at door and creating a WT in /n/scwm/tu as per instruction instead of WT with UNLOAD queue - WT with INBOUND queue was created; Why was UNLOAD queue not created ?

1. In /n/scwm/qinsp When I'm trying to type usage decision and save below errors come up.
