Hi Experts,
Is it possible to upload de unit of measures conversión factor to order-based supply?
There is no option in the Excel add-in for UOM to ID conversion or unit selection (eg. KG to UN).
I already succesfully ran all SAP HANA SDI inbound integrations jobs, materials also have the unit conversions created on ECC.
Best regards.
Request clarification before answering.
Dear Giampiero,
IBP Order-based planning (current release IBP1808) doesn't support UoM conversion. Planning happens in the base unit of measure of the product. Planning results are shown in base unit of measure in Fiori apps and external key figures in MS Excel.
If you want to use the IBP time series key figure unit of measure conversion in the planning area, please consider:
- Key figures that do have a “Convert using” defined (e.g. UOMCONVERSIONFACTOR) can’t be used as input key figure for order-based planning runs
Best regards,
Claus

Hi Vishnupriya.R,
If it is order-based and you are using the SDI Add-on in ECC, the conversion is done naturally before the transfer.
If it is order-based but the data is from an external source, you can create a master data type with UOM Conversions rates (similar to standard in time-series), then the calculation can be done in a new key figure.
If you are using time-series, you can upload the UOM Conversion rates, so the system can do it atomatically.
Best regards,
Giampiero
