Hi Experts,
We have created a return delivery for 6 hus. In practice, we see that only 5 pallets have been returned by our customer. We started processing the return delivery for the 5 hus which are returned. Therefore we do have a picking and packing status of B. The delivery quantity is grayed out and therefore the delivery quantity cannot be adjusted anymore.
I thought that this can be solved by unassigning the hus in the packing stage and then adjusting the quantity. However unassigning the hus is not possible as those are already picked. Do you have any tips/ suggestions on how to process an under-delivery for a return delivery while the delivery is already partially processed? Any help is much appreciated!
