Uncostrained forecast order based

Hi all

I have maintained forecast profile, planning leves for orde based and everything.I have 2 problems:

1.- The unconstrained forecast I can view in my planning views is not considering by any app: consfirmation, prioritaty demans, proyected stock, Constrained forecast run etc.

2.- Sales orders are uploaded and considered by apps but are not visible in my excel view in the key figure Sales Order (requested)

Hi Carlos,thanks for your post. To troubleshoot please:

• Check Planning levels used on FCST consumption profile
• Check if FCST consumption profile is assigned to LocMat in IBP View Projected Stock app
• Check Plg. level of Plg. Area if that matches to OBP planning levels
• Order Based Settings - check mapping of Key Figures
• Check Plg. Area is activated, -> better reactivate again

if the error still persits, please take screenshots and open a tickets.

Consumption profile is not assigned in Projected Stock app. Where do I assing it?

You need to assign FCST consumption profile to LocMat in source system. Depending how you integrated data it is ERP, S/4 or FlatFiles (OpenApi).

For ERP, S/4 do it in Transaction: /IBP/ECC_LOCMAT - Location Material Maintenance

Thanks so much, I am integrating it via files and now the FCST profile is assigned in projected stock app but still not visible the forecast.

So to check

• Check Plg. level of Plg. Area if that matches to OBP planning levels

I have created OBP planning level PERPRODLOCCUST (WERKS, MATNR and KUNNR), and if go to configuration planning area there are many planning levels.
