Standard Scenario:
1) Unassign a Technician to an activity in FSM IDOC gets triggered in ERP .
For example, when there is an unassignment happens, there will be an inbound IDoc to ECC.
Our Scenario:
We dont want IDOC to be triggered when we unassign a technician to an activity .
What steps we need to configure to achieve above functionality . Please help to and let us know . Thanks.
