Unable to START SAP instance

While starting SAP Instance with the help of BATCH file , We were getting error message as Unauthorized HTTP /HTTP 1.0 .

Please can someone check and provide your inputs.

instance startup issue:FAIL: HTTP error, HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized

Above is the exact error message while starting instance with the Batch file.
