Unable to send Loading Instruction from Freight Order to EWM

Hi ,

I would really appreciate if any can help on the below issue.

Unable to send Loading Instruction from Freight Order to EWM in Advanced Shipping and receiving in TM.

Below is the error while I try to send Loading Instruction from Freight order.

Error:-

Execution document has references that do not point to delivery document

Message no. /SCMTMS/TOR628

Hi ,

I checked , Send Loading Instruction step is not mandatory for Freight Orders(in Advanced Shipping and Receiving) to integrate to EWM. I can do PGI from Load or Unload App after making status " Ready for Shipment in Warehouse Monitor.

Hi Vikash,

How are you determining the loading sequence for the freight units in your freight order? We are also using ASR, same as you.

Hi Vikash,

Are you using Tu based Integration or ASR Integration with EWM?

Can you please confirm delivery creation for the Freight Order? if Delivery is not created for the order, it would not have transferred to EWM.

Hi Kathik,

Here we are using ASR integration with EWM.

Delivery is created and distributed to EWM and I can also do pick/pack in EWM. This issue comes when I try to send loading instructions from Freight Booking to EWM.
