Unable to see manage process, IBP starter edition

Hi experts, now I am trying to process the test script of Demand Review, in line with Best Practice of IBP.

I would like to ask the reason why nothing shows up in Manage Process App despite the following two reasons;

①I set up the process which is supposed to start today(I set up the starting time today which should have started already)

I am granted access to read and write any data in Manage Process App

usually you

1) create the process TEMPLATE in the "Manage Process Template" app

2) you create minimum one process instance from the template manually in the same app,

3) then you should be able to see the in the manage processes app.

If you work with recurring processes, which is a separate app, that seems to not appear. Not sure if it might be a bug. I would need system access to evaluate. So if you can see instances you created manually via the "manage process template" app, but not those you created via recurring processes app, and if you can not choose those for the dashboard display either, then I would open an OSS message

Thank you very much for your warful support. I guess that is the reason behind that the difference of time zone. That is there is a divergence between the time zone I recognize which is JST, and the time zone that the IBP system recognize. I am not sure though. Anyway, let me appreciate you, again.

did you create an instance of the process template?

Dear Irmhild Kuntze,

Yes, As attached images show, I set an instance in Manage Process Template App, which composes of 4 steps. I set up the first step in which its starting time is today's 15:15pm, but for some reason, things does not go as expected.. Is there any additional information that can help you solve this problem? Anyway, I thank your kindness.

Dear Irmhild Kuntze,

When I checked Manage Process App, I've found a process I set up yesterday appears. I do not know the reason why it did not show up yesterday and it did today... however, thanks for your kindness...!!
