Unable to search/add equipments and FL in SAP Work Manager 6.5

Hello Experts,

I have a peculiar issue related to SAP Work Manager 6.5

I have equipments & Functional Location created in backend SAP Hana 1709. However, I was not able to search the same in Work Manager. Work Orders are getting displayed correctly in WM. I have gone through all the posts available in the community and tried/checked below possible solutions.

• Set Y for work list of both equipment & FL in client globals tab.
• Equipment and FL are set active in MAIN_MENU_ITEM of tab client globals
• Checked program value CT_BAPI_WRAPPER for complex tables for equipment and FL.

Is something is missing from my end? Please advise.

Hi Experts,

The issue was solved. I have replaced Param value of name ctequipment to /SMERP/PM_CTEQUIPMENT_GET.

By default the value was /SMERP/PM_CTEQUIP_LSET_GET.

Hello. From what we may know, each of the get complex table call from the backend to the mobile device (in Agentry) may have a means to filter the results of what gets shown on the Mobile Device. The suggestion is to study the Equipment and Functional Location get bapi commands to see if the current filter in the ConfigPanel actually filters the result that you wanted. Sometimes it may be good to run the SE37 against that query to see if you get the correct results in ERP and if yes then the issue could be from a filtering mechanism in the Editor which you can study.
