Unable to Generate PDFs in VA22

Hi everyone,

After I have created a quote in VA21 a PDF copy is generated in the attachment list. However, each time I make changes and save the changes to the quote in VA22, a new PDF copy with the changes is not generated, and I have to manually issue the output. How can I set it up to not create new output message, just mark automatically "Change" checkbox in output message view.

Can be directly in SPRO configuration

Sales and distribution / basic functions /output control /output determination /maintain output determination for sales documents

Select the output type used and ensure that the "Changes relevant for output" option is activated. Or you can modify the condition record, select your output type and look for the "Change Indicator" setting and ensure it is active
