Unable to delete reservation from dispatch

Hi all,

How do I delete a reservation from the planner? I am logged in as admin yet still the delete button is greyed out for me. Does having the FSM connected to an ERP (SAP) affect this?

Hi Nick, please note that this is another question nevertheless no, this is not possible. Recently mobile support the display of reservations so if you create a reservation for a technician this will become visible on mobile

Hi, yes in case of a connection to SAP Business One absences cannot be cancelled in WFM once created and needs to be removed in the ERP.

Thank you for your response. Is it possible to create an activity in SAP that gets sent to the planner to be assigned to a technician without using a service call?
