Unable to Create WT for Returns Delivery, item shows as Blocked in WH but not actually blocked.

Hello Experts,

Outbound delivery created for a Supplier Return.

4 items created Warehouse Tasks, but 1 item did not.

That item shows as Blocked in Warehouse on the Warehouse Request, even though in Warehouse Monitor the stock is not actually blocked. 

Can anyone suggest a solution why the stock is showing as blocked? I can see the stock in Warehouse Monitor in Unresected.

Dear @Lakshmi_Priya96,

the stock type in your warehouse has nothing to do with the stock type of your delivery.

The stock type of the delivery in your case most likely comes from the returns purchase order item. Could you please check the item in the 'Purchase Order - Advanced' app in the tab 'Delivery'? There you see the stock type for the item from where it should be picked.

You can also check the LE Delivery item on the administration tab.

This stock type is taken over to the warehouse delivery.

In order to correct that you need to reverse your existing delivery. Afterwards you can correct the stock type of the purchase order item and create a new delivery.

Hi Marius, Thank you for your response. Yes, stock type B was used in the returns purchase order. Out of the 5 warehouse tasks (WTs), 4 have already been confirmed. As a result, we are unable to reverse the delivery in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
