I am investigating the use of Advanced Production Integration in EWM for staging (not goods receipt) and have made the configuration settings as suggested in the SAP documentation and created the PSA, Control Cycle etc. I first activated the recommended BC Sets the only issue I had was I couldn't create the movement types P220, P320 & P325 as the WO Rule R005 does not exist in my system, for the sake of testing i entered 9999 for the WPT in the PSA.
When I create and release the Process Order the component item status is set to PMR and when I manually move the stock to the PSA related bin the consumption posting is successful in ERP and EWM.
Does anyone have experience with this process and could suggest what I may have missed. I also have had a SAP incident open for more than three weeks and they have not yet been able to resolve this issue.
