Unable to create inbound delivery automatically for a purchase order line item

HI EVERYONE,

I have two issues and they pertain to automatic creation of inbound delivery.

Case 1: I have a PO with 110 line items. I can see the PO line items from 1-108 on the inbound delivery but 109 and 110 cannot be seen and there are on the PO document.

Case 2:This is the same as case 1 but with 20 line items on the PO doument and 8 line item cannot be ssen on the inbound delivery in order to post GR. On checking the document flow it was observed thaf the PO has this error ==>"Purchase Order 15674 cannot update Purchase Order Logistics Details 15674

Once your service provider has solved the errors, the system closes the errors and restarts the processes automatically".

Kindly assist me in resolving this issue.

There seems to be Process communication errors,

Please check Application user management work center> Process communication errors view > Choose 'open errors with incidents' and check the errors.

Once you have taken corrective actions then follow KBA 2834513 - How to Restart a Process Communication Message in the User Interface

Need more help kindly raise Incident, so that we can access your system and check the error or restart the messages.
