I am also facing issue with, when we CIF the PIR from ECC to APO. i am getting error product is not exist.
I am doing testing with leading Zero. we are unable to CIF External procurement relationship.
Please check the settings & analyse yourself once.
Maintain the Product, Business System Group (BSG), Location ,External procurement relationship etc.
