Unable to CIF custom batch's characteristics from SAP ERP to SAP EWM

Hi everybody

I have just started working with SAP so I do not have much experience. For this reason, I would like to express my apologies if I am not accurate explaining my issue.

In my company we are linking our system SAP ERP with SAP EWM. We manage to CIF almost everything except batches. EWM system receives the batch number but not the classification.

I have found here a really good post and thanks to it, we manage to CIF one batch with the information of the class. However, to do this I have had to create a particular class with just standard characteristics (the ones starting with LOBM*).

Then I have change the classification created, adding one custom characteristic, but the CIF failed automatically.

We need to be able to CIF custom characteristics. Is this possible?

Hello

Finally, we found the problem. The organizational area in SAP EWM was different from the one we had in SAP ERP. They must be the same so the CIF can work properly.
