Unable to Assign Resource to WO with Status D

Dear Experts,

It is observed when Operators are working on RF Device, few times they are getting logged out (Due to RF Device Issues) and WO Status changes to D.

1. When they Login again, and try to work on Same WO (Manual Selection), System Says WO is already in Process

2. When they Try via Queue, System Guided that WO does not come after current WO.

3. When we want to assign WO to other RESOURCE, System again throws Error - WO is already in Process

4. When we try to Un assign in Monitor, nothing happens.

Can you please let me know how we handle such WO with Status D (Other than Manually Completing from Monitor) and assign back to Resource.

Hi,

You can check SM12 if there are any persistent locks.

You can also check in SM04 if there are any open sessions for this particular user.

Hello Sander,

I tried to Replicate the Same in Quality Environment, but I did via /SCWM/RFUI. I tried to Close the Screen OR /NEX. When I Re Login, System takes the Order which I was working and there are no Lock Entries. I am waiting for Update from Warehouse Users and then I will check in SM12.
