UDM_DISPUTE - Closed - Justified/Unjustified - how to get these fields?

Hi All Masters of SAP,

When we close the disputes cases via UDM_DISPUTE, we select 'Closed' and options:

Justified

or

Unjustified

How to report these fields?

Is there any table containing these attributes?

Hi anowiw,

Could you please provide more details / background for your question ? Where exactly do you maintain the attribute Unjustified / Justified ? Based on the setup of your process it can be filled in at least the following four fields (see the attached screenshot & highlights in yellow). The values for these fields are configurable and vary from project to project. Therefore, it is important to know which field you use. It is is any one of these fields you can check the values in the following tables/fields:

- Root cause (UDMCASEATTR00-FIN_ROOT_CCODE);

- Reason (SCMG_T_CASE_ATTR-REASON_CODE);

- Escalation reason (SCMG_T_CASE_ATTR-ESCAL_REASON);

- Category (SCMG_T_CASE_ATTR-CATEGORY).

Alternatively, it might also be a Z-field.
