Hi Experts,
Right now we are using two step picking (WAVE). In that, any way to restrict partial picking for the warehouse request ?
For example warehouse request 1 contains material A , material B
Warehouse request 2 material A, material B
Suppose if there is no sufficient stock of material A, (it can be allocated only to WR1) , WR 2 should be rejected. But while doing wave release withdrawal, its combining qty of material B of warehouse 1 &2 and created WT for picking.
And mat A and mat B stored in different storage type
Could you help on this

I remember there is same question raised. You need to set in the WPT level - in the bottom of WPT setting - Settings for Warehouse Request, please tick "Pick Completely". This will avoid partial picking of same WR.

Thanks for the response Yaping.
Apologies for the lack of information in the query. At WPT level, "Pick completely" check is marked. If the there is no adequate stock in DC, system didn't generate a warehouse task for the picking inadequate stock material entirely. But in second step of Two step checking "Pick completely" works perfectly. May be system checks at cumulative quantity level for Pick completion. Please correct me if i am wrong.
Hi Dinesh,
Sorry for the late reply! Was quite busy with COVID-19 projects. My gut feeling about your comments for 1st step picking is correct. If you allow more time, I can try in my sandbox system and check it.
2nd step definitely works properly because it creates WTs based on warehouse request.
Cheers
