TVRF and PPF process for deal approval

Hello Team

1. I am registering a PCA TVRF for a customer following the process from the below.

1. However, its takes me to the below page which when furnished triggers this email to TDD asking me to take up the test, when I already have access to workzone.

1. Kindly advise on the next steps I have already created the folders ad below on the workzone. What is the next step to submit once the Technical viability review form is filled by the PCA(me) and to proceed for deal approval, they need to submit the form to trigger notification to the TDD/IAE/PBM/PCA. Please advise.
