TU status is not getting updated

TU status is not getting updated even though arrival at checkpoint is completed, if we try arrival at door error message ‘TU 123456789/ exists already in active state’.

when checked S&R GUID(ACT_ID) field is not populated in table /scwm/tu_sr_act

Any idea why ACT_ID is not populated during TU creation/ replication from ECC?

we were doing an upgrade and for RFC connection user, Read access was not provided, it was strange as only change access was only present. After providing read access, its working fine.

Did you maintained number ranges for S&R activity in EWM?

EWM SPRO -> Cross Process Settings -> Shipping and Receiving -> Number Ranges ->

Define Number Ranges for S&R Activities
