TU reversal in EWM not updated in ECC shipment

When TU load / GI is performed in EWM via /N/SCWM/TU, the shipment details is updated in ECC i.e., VT03N. But when reversal (GI reversal / Load Reversal) is performed in EWM, the reversal is not updated in shipment (VT03N) and GI reversal is updated in delivery (VL03N). On further analysis found no action definition is available at TU profile

Hi Subhojit,

Shipment reversal will not be updated in ERP delivery after reversal of TU from EWM .

You need to remove the delivery manually from shipment and check the status in the delivery.

Please follow the steps in the below KBA to remove the delivery from shipment.

Hi Subhojit,

Depending on your EWM and ECC version, the reversal is not communicated at all. Are you are using shipment integration based on IDOCs?
