TS Supply - Finite Heuristics & Optimiser

Hi Team,

My customer demand is 1000 and my plant production capacity is 300. For remaining, I am procuring from 2 vendors.

After executing both (finite heuristics & optimizer) production planning is not happening full demand is fulfilling by vendors even if I maintain high external receipts cost rate.

Can you suggest to me how to avoid this issue?

Hello Sree,

the production costs plus the costs for the component supply are less than the external receipts costs?

What happens when you forbid the external receipts (e.g. adjust them to 0)? Are the 300 produced then?
