TS-Based Supply Heuristic _Production order component requirement not done

Hello,

I'm working in the Supply review phase. we have consensus demand and run TS-Based Supply Heuristic as result Production requirement generates but its components requirement is not created and no capacity utilization happen.

Note :- Each material stock =0.

Could you please help to get the missing point and fix the issue

the 2 iussues that you mentioned maybe or may not be directly related with each other. But below are the points wortjh checking.

1) Is source type P maintained for all source header MDT ?

2) Are the components correctly assigned tot he right source ID ?

3) Have you maintained capacity consmption rate in the production source resource MDT ?

4) Also please run heuristic is check mode and see all the errors and warnings (if any).
