Trouble with warehouse order rule determination.

Hello!

Hello! I have created WO by performing wave withdrawal in EWM Monitor:

Then the system have created WO with WO creation rule "UNDE". It means, that the system can not find WO Creation Rule in WO search sequence.

WO №930000897 has Activity area "0080":

Tasks, assigned to it, have activity "Pick":

My search sequence:

WO Cr. Rules:

So, I can not understand, why WO Cr. Rule is "UNDE" instead of "PPHL".

I would be pleased anybody help me with the problem.

Hi Artsiom,

the best way is to check logs for warehouse order. You can do it directly in Monitor from the warehouse orders.

It can be because of the pack profile, if system unable to determine packaging. In your case as well if Planned HUs are used, and WOCR is not marked with "CAP Compatibility" flag.

But as I said, check the logs, if it is still not clear, please attach screenshot from WHO logs. If logs are not written -> check log settings in the t-code /SCWM/WOLOG.

I preformed configurations in t.code /SCWM/ACTLOG. I have added such subobjects, as: WAVE_REL, WHOEXCLOG, WHOLOG, WHRCNF, WHS_TASK.

Next I activated log at warehouse number level in t.code /SCWM/WOLOG.

Now I can see the WO Log Number. But when I try to display it, there is nothing happen.

It would be grateful, if you tell me, why.

I found the log with help of t.code SLG1.
