transports deleted from import queue cannot be added back again

is there a setting that prevents transports that were removed from the queue to be added again via STMS? when a transport ends with RC8 then gets removed/deleted from STMS_IMPORT. we can no longer add it again via Extras > Add transport. just to be clear the import again option is selected, and the list is refreshed. and checking the transport logs show the deletion, but nothing on being added. tp command from the OS still works.

is there some kind of setting in STMS that is doing this?

does this occur in every case or is it an issue for a single transport request only?

I remember a situation with a similar problem where the transport request was still in the buffer file (DIR_TRANS/buffer/<SID>) but was not shown in the import queue in STMS. Maybe you should have a look into it. If the transport request is in the buffer file, try to use tp delfrombuffer on OS level to remove it.
