Hello All,

I would like to know from where does the values as planned arrival time and planned departure time are trigerred in the Freight unit and susequently in stages, particulary when there are more than 2 stages with 2 FU's in a freight order. I would like to know in teh context of Road Freight Order.

This issue is a part of an support project incident where the user is requesting to maximum waiting time at the 1st arrival location before it departs for the next destination. I have checked the planning profile firld " Loading/Unloading Duration and it has 00:00:00 values set.

Apparently as far as I know these time components can be derived from the delivery in ECC, but this is not the fact in the project I work in.

Would appreciate if some one can help me with an insight in to knowing the above query.

Hi PRABODH,

This doesn't seem to be an Event Management question.

The planned arrival time and planned departure time for a FU is stored in certain TM specific tables. You can take help of TM Technical Consultant who can help you retrieve those values.

If your question is "How does SAP TM determine maximum waiting time at the 1st arrival location before it departs for the next destination? "

Then this is part of planning within TM. TM Functional Consultant can take a look at your system and configuration and let you know.

Planned dates are coming from requested date/time of Business Documents and Actual dates/ times are triggered from Event Management.
