Transportation fuel charges from External service Provider

Hi All,

We are using external provider(Not SMC3, it is different external service provider ) to calculate one of the charge type as fuel surcharge in transportation charges. I've found an appropriate notes on help.sap.com regarding calculation method modeling in case of own calculation. It's mentioned about an implementation of the interface Calculation Methods Interface (/SCMTMS/IF_TC_CALC_METHODS).

I would like to know how I can achieve this functionality using external charge classes and what all the steps we need to follow.

External service provider is web service based.

Early response will be highly appreciated.
