Transfer stock from unrestricted to sales order special stock without recipt in CKM3

Hello.

Our customer has a requirement it's about let him work with two options make to stock or make to order we do that from requirement view and the scenario as follows if he wants to do make to order the requirements will transfer the requirements and he can runs MRP and do confirmation on the planned order and if he has finished unrestricted stocks he will do transfer MVT 412 E but the problem is about the option for MVT 412 E once he does that in the CKM3 the

How can we proccedd with those options and fix the problem for MVT412
