Transfer Reservation not converted to Delivery

Hello All,

We have IM and EWM location, we have activated Sloc to Sloc MRP functionality, which creates Transfer reservations after MRP run. Movement type 311 is determined on reservation.

When the issuing location of EWM updated on the reservation , it will still remain the same reservation in ERP.  What would be the process to convert to distributed delivery?

Hello Sudhakar,

Goods movement based on reservation is not supported right now. Can't remember much but in 9.4 or a future release EWM will support goods movements with reservation in RF transactions.

For now, you need to create an outbound delivery, like Katrin said.

Hello Sudhakar,

the way the ERP system tells the EWM system to post a goods movement is to create a delivery in ERP. The EWM will create a warehouse request (here: a posting change) when teh ERP delivery is replicated.

You can use transaction MIGO to create this delivery in ERP or BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE (also in ERP) for mass processing. When the ERP goods movement realizes that this storage location is EWM managed, it creates a delivery.
