Transfer "Completed" and "Closed" Tickets to FSM

Dear Support Team,

is it possible to sent a list of tickets (more than 3000) to FSM? We've tried it with data workbench, but all fields are "read only" so we are not able to retrigger a transfer to FSM. With "Extract Data to External System" -> "Replicate Ticket to SAP Field Service Management" it's also not possible, because we are also able to send just one ticket. Is it possible, if we create a list with all tickets, to send all of them from C4C to FSM? Thanks in advance Kind reegards Julia
