Transfer of ownership (SAP Public Coud)

Hello experts,

We're looking at a sea transportation scenario in a SAP public cloud environment, in which a transfer of ownership is to take place in a port.

Is there a way to represent this transportation scenario in TM (Public Cloud)? Is there maybe a more general best practice process regarding transfer of ownership in TM?
